OneSaveShop is operated from a home-based business address. Products may be fulfilled and despatched from supplier warehouse facilities, including VivaMK, rather than from the OneSaveShop business address. Your contract for purchases made on this website is with OneSaveShop.

2. Products and product information

We aim to describe products accurately and provide the information reasonably needed to make a purchasing decision. Product colours and appearance can vary depending on screen settings and, where relevant, the nature of personalised or produced-to-order goods.

3. Personalised products

Where a product is personalised, you are responsible for checking the information you submit, including names, dates, spelling, capitalisation and other requested details. Different cancellation rules can apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

4. Prices and payment

The price payable is the price displayed for the product when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charge shown during checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You will have an opportunity to review your order before submitting payment.

5. Orders and our contract with you

When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the products in that order. We will provide order information electronically. If we cannot fulfil an order or a material problem arises, we will contact you and take the appropriate action, including refunding amounts due where an order cannot be fulfilled.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are measured from despatch. Personalised or made-to-order products may require processing before despatch.

For England, Scotland and Wales, Royal Mail Standard delivery is £3.95 with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days from despatch. DPD Premium delivery is £6.95 with an estimated delivery time of 1 working day from despatch. Orders of £275 or more qualify for free DPD delivery, estimated at 1 working day from despatch.

For Northern Ireland, Royal Mail Standard delivery is £3.95 with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days from despatch. DPD Premium delivery is £12.95 with an estimated delivery time of 2 working days from despatch.

7. Cancellation and change-of-mind returns

For eligible non-personalised goods bought online, you normally have the right to tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain exclusions apply, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Please contact OneSaveShop before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not return products directly to a supplier unless OneSaveShop specifically instructs you to do so.

8. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. We may ask for photographs or video where this will help us assess the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Refunds

Refunds will be handled in accordance with your applicable consumer rights and our Returns & Refunds policy. Where a change-of-mind cancellation qualifies for a refund, applicable standard delivery charges will be handled as required by law. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

10. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to an order are those made available to you when that order is placed, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or changed.
